Due to an unfortunate armed incident, security around the conference center has been increased. The police and authorities were notified, as well as surrounding hotels.

The meeting attendee is recovering well.

We reiterate the importance of keeping in groups, we recommend that you avoid walking, particularly early in the morning or during the evening. We recommend using official taxis whenever possible.  Please walk around with as little personal belongings as possible. We have arranged shuttles for Thursday-Saturday taking delegates to and from the CTICC on pre-planned routes.
